District Attorney and Felony Prosecution Records

The office is staffed by the DA, a First Assistant (Christian P. Morris), a Second Assistant, and three Assistant District Attorneys.

The Crime Victim Assistance Program was reestablished in 2014 through the NYS Office of Victim Services and the County Board of Supervisors. Crime Victim Specialists explain victim's rights, the court system, and what to expect at each step. They help with physical, emotional, and financial needs of victims and families. First Assistant Morris handles County Court and Argyle Town Court cases. ADA Devin J. Anderson covers Fort Ann Town Court, Fort Edward DV Court, and Fort Edward Town Court.
